From Tōtaranui, at 11.10am take the Vista Cruise along the spectacular golden coast to cruise to Kaiteriteri and return. Relax on board as the boat calls into popular beaches along the way. There is no time to disembark.
To include a beach stop with optional walking, cruise as far as Awaroa, Onetahuti, or Anchorage Beach to relax on a beach with optional walking.
Please note that northerly winds can make beach landings uncomfortable, or not possible at Tōtaranui. If there are high winds, or waves breaking on the beach, please call our office 0800 223 582 to check if the trip will go ahead.
Lunch options at Awaroa
- Take a picnic to enjoy on the beach, and explore the inlet.
- Cruise schedule from Tōtaranui allows only one hour for lunch at the Awaroa Lodge. This property is not owned by us and is closed during low season. Please contact them to confirm lunch options and availability (phone 03 528 8758).
- Lastest pick up from at Awaroa is at 2.20pm to return to Tōtaranui at 2.40pm
